Jaguar, I´ve seen this car at Blackhawk Museum (Behring Collection)
I need a bit more detail than that to award you the point.
It is a 1939 SS-100 Jaguar 2.5 l roadster with special bodywork by VanDenPlas (Belgium)

Late 1930's also correct.

sorry for the multiple guesses ,so i think its a 1938/9 jaguar SS100 ,but i don't know a lot of these era of jag's coachbuilders so saoutchik???
