That is being sold as a 1955 Lister Bristol Sports Racer, but it looks a bit more like the Lister-Maserati to me, perhaps because it once was that.

Well, H&H Auctioneers sent out a flyer for that sale only a week or so ago, otherwise I wouldn't have recognised it.
They usually look more like this:
