I think that may be a Convair GT, based on the E93A Ford.

Looks as if the photo was taken at a 750MC race meeting

By coincidence I also came across the JWF Milano GT today but the rear three-quarter window treatment is different to the posted car

I made some googling this night and found the same pic Otto has posted. It's indeed the1962 J.W.F Milano GT, but with a different body.
A valuable source BTW....

You both have the Bealieu encyclopedia? I'm going to buy it when I'll be back, it's quite expensive but I took the Coachbuilding volume and it's well done. I'm looking for the 3-volume set, I tried amazon before I left but nobody reply my questions...

I only have access to the encyclopedia as I do not own one, and I agree it is rather expensive.
