New attempt: I'll stay with the  Sodomka coachwork, but the front looks like a 1938 Nash Lafayette.

If you've seen some of the other official Sodomka photos, that wall in the background is almost good enough as identification by itself :)

Yes, and the shape of the tree remains the same, summer or winter. I also found Sodomka this way, but Mike had to see it was a Nash because it wasn't on the usual sites with Sodomka pictures. I didn't find the pic until I identified it as a Nash myself.
