Whatever it is, it must have the widest shutlines since the WW2 tanks!

@re

Yeah. And it's obviously not finished, it looks like it's a body that's just resting on top of the wheels. American?

From the Indianapolis Auto Show?  The posters in the background make me wonder...

It could be - but I can't swear to it.

Chinese?
It is obviously just a mock-up model, the all black windows tells me there's no interior, and probably no engine either.
So it may be a student project?

Otto Puzzell

I'm sorry I missed that earlier question. Yes, it's American.

The rear lines scream Chrysler Concorde. Was that the starting base for this car?

Is there some Pontiac involvement?

Nope.

This was diesigned and built by an independent designer as an example of his vision and abilities.

Perhaps one of our newcomers, with a taste for one-off's and concepts, can put a name to this one.

Yes! This is my first Professional puzzle I solve..

This car is Automotive Composites / VS Composites Paradigm. www.automotivecomposites.com

The information I have: "Michael Van Steenburg established this design company in Texas. In addition to sketching concepts he occassionally showcases complete prototypes.
One of them is the Baja, a two-door sport utility vehicle introduced in 1998, the second is the Paradigm limousine supposed to be produced in China. Both of these cars are totally made out of plastics: FRP composite chassis made of pultruded fiberglass/vinyl ester epoxy frame members and a body formed from vacuum thermoformed (non-reinforced) thermoplastic body panels."

The car was exhibited as the Perkins Paradigm Prototype.

The points are yours.  :)
