That's a MAX, a Dutch convertible based on a Citroen AX GT. It was presented on tha Amsterdam motorshow (RAI) in 1989. But then they got problems with actually producing the car. FAM in Audincourt, France, came to help. August 1992 the whole thing came to an end (bankrupcy), after they had produced only a few dozens of this nice car.
