Lancia Delta rally prototype, not used due to the demise of the Group B series?
The Martini decals seem a dead giveaway, though I might be wrong.

It is generally considered polite not to give links, as they may be valuable sources to those who know them. If you think it's a "Lancia EVC 2" then feel free to say so, without the link - if it's correct, nobody will demand that you prove it! ;)
