 ;) Ok.., I understand.. My answer:

This car is Takara's Modern Times microcar, presented in 2002, Tokyo. The automobile should have been manufactured by Choro-Q motors, but seems that it left only a prototype. There's the link: <<< link removed >>>. If You think my answer is worth one point - let it be, but while the pros have no word on it and I am expert yet, two points is not a big deal I suppose.. However, it's up to You  ;)

P.s. I really didn't understand You humour of comment...
