Time to give away some points. You know the drill - tell me the make and model of the car pictured below and you'll be awarded a point  :)
It's not denial, I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

D-type

Clearly a British "Trials car".

First guess has to be Dellow

The more you learn, the more you realise how little you know.

ImpishGrin

I'm afraid you're very far off with your first guess :)

This looks like a VSCC trials special, but what it's based on is not obvious.
Four-stud bolt-on wire wheels are not common - in fact I can't for the moment find an example.
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

ImpishGrin

Not a trials special. And not british.

I dunno. I might be as way off as D-Type but it somehow reminds me of the early Mitsubishi...

But I must be SOO wrong!

Hi, that is a Wikov Sport 7/28 from 1928, but I think where you found it, the name reported is Wikov 1500 Sport from 1926.

Otto Puzzell

I've found three sites, with three different pictures, that identify it as a 1500.

I believe this is indeed the 1500 Sport. My sources show the 7/28 to look a bit different. Anyway, a point for PJ (sorry for spoiling the perfect 500 tally :P )

The 7/28 was a 1500cc, but of 1480 instead of 1453cc, but I think the "1500 Sport Spider" definition suits better!
