No. Actually, Artur Dent there has been right about it being a Bond. But what kind of it?

I've found reference to it on this site http://www.bondbug.com/history/bond_bug_production_variations.asp but it doesn't give a different name.  ???

Strange - I wrote an answer, but after moving the thread, it disappeared.
Anyway - you get the point. What I wanted to hear is that it's a factory-built (meaning Reliant) 4-wheeled Bond Bug prototype.

Interesting that it seems to have doors - the bug had a lid which, if you were tall, could not be latched shut without compressing the occupants!
I'm sure it seemed a good idea to Tom Karen at the time . . .
