Very similar to a Sunbeam rally car, I would say... But then, it wouldn't be that easy?

It's the Oberek, a mid-80s one-off by Bogdan Wozowicz, inspired by the Group B rallye cars. The middle part of the body is from Polonez, engine and transmission are from Lancia Delta and the suspension is a mix of Delta and Ford Escort.

It's name is a pun on the Polonez, because polonez is a slow, diginified, 'walked' dance and oberek is a very lively one, with lots of hops and turns,usually danced after the polonez ;)
