Another picture of what looks like the same car to me, although it's described as a Rometsch Fiat 1400B from 1956..

According to this article from a 1962 magazine, it is based on a Fiat 1200.

It is in fact the Fiat 1200 Sportcoupé by Rometsch, but it appeared in 1959, not 1962.
Rometsch stopped car coachbuilding in 1961, because many of its workers came from the Eastern part of Berlin.
