Yes, that is how it works. If you know the locations and decide to tell everyone, you won't be awarded any points, but maybe you'll help somebody else. I don't mind that.

Sometimes I'm rather interested to get the results!  ;)

Here are my 'give away' locations:
#4 should be Washington I suppose. (Washington Monument mirrors in the pool) Car???
#10 ist the "badge" of the city of Rochnin in France. Car???

manus manum lavat...  ;)

@re

I'm amazed how you guys seem to be in a terrible hurry to solve every puzzle! I only posted this a couple of days ago and already you say that you "definitely cannot find" the answers. Sometimes, answers have to be searched for, and sometimes it takes more than a day to do so - it's been my aim to make a difficult puzzle, that should not be solved in a day or two. But you're very eager to hear the answers, so I'll give you a couple:

1) The reflection in the pool is indeed the Washington Monument.

2) I've never heard of the city of Rochnin in France. Neither has Wikipedia.

Sorry a typo: Ronchin http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ronchin

I'm in an impatient mood today, forgive me!  ;D

@re

That is a very interesting coincidence. But if you look closer, you'll see that those two coats of arms aren't exactly the same - and the colour doesn't match completely, either. That is because my picture is not of the coat of arms of Ronchin!

The black background?

Even coats of arms of the same city slightly differs by colour. Guess how many different Union Jacks you will find...
Could show you easily at least ten slightly different coats of my hometown.

DynaMike

OK , car #D looks like an Aixam Scouty R, but it's RHD, and it seems that these are sold in UK as NICE (No Internal Combustion Engine; apparently with an electric engine instead of the 500 cc two-cylinder power plant). Location #9 is Nice on the Côte d'Azur in France.

I've stopped searching at Marseille.  ^-^

Apparently the correct name is NICE Mega City, but it's DynaMike's of course!

Arunas

I really don't like double names  ;D

But, you see, arguing won't help you find the correct name ;D

What it means is that two different locations seem to be using a very similar coat of arms. The car isn't, no matter how hard I try, going to fit the description "Ronchin"...

This one is going really quickly. You're correct about both NICE and Nice. And yes, it does look quite nice ;)

Hi, finally I can see the pics!
I know one of the 2 cars left very well, but its name it's just a surname, a letter and a number...
whatever...here you are: car K: Errani Team Delta R20, goes with location ...

ImpishGrin

Location 10 - Erre (a village in France)
Car K - Erre 20 Delta from Errani Team
It's not denial, I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

That's the right car! But it is featured on several hundred web pages under the name Erre20, which obviously led ImpishGrin to draw this conclusion:

...which is absolutely correct!
