Alrighty then!

Here's another puzzle where the cars are linked to geographic locations. I hope this one will be difficult, I tried my best to achieve that...

In this one, the geographic locations are not the places where the cars are built. Instead, the names of the cars are linked to the names of the places.

So please, have a go: Geographic locations #1 to #12, cars A to L - link away!

Right off the top of my head: Car D (I guess a Colani creation) and location 3 (Stelvio Pass in Switzerland) seem to go together.

No gazebos, I'm afraid... but there's always picture #2, which is just about as easy to identify as the good ol' gazebo

Location #4 does indeed go with car D, it's the 1989 Colani Utah 6, and a satellite image of Utah.

This means that pieter's guess was a good one, but not quite right. And DHoffmann's other guess is not quite right, either, I won't give away details about what's wrong.

Points are awarded like this: Two points for each correctly identified pairing, that means no points for identifying only one half. So, DHoffmann has earned two points so far, and there are 22 points still up for grabs.
