Another puzzle from me.  Can anyone tell us what this is?  Make and model please.

Arthur Dent

Austin Cambridge A60 or the Datsun version of it.

Not an Austin and not Japanese.

As one expects a more or less exotic derivative here instead of the well-known originals, I ruled also the Morris Oxford Traveller out, :) and looked around among BMC's overseas relatives. I knew of Siam Di Tella; however, as I just have learned, this wagon was also built as Morris Traveller in Argentina. As it turned out, the car displayed above happens to be one.

Yes, it's a Morris 1500 Traveller from Argentina.  For those that know their BMC (and BMC derived) B-series Farinas, the give away was the cut back rear tail-fins which, as far as I'm aware, were only otherwise used on the MG Magnette, Riley 4/68 and 4/72 and Austin Freeway saloons.  The Morris 1500 Traveller is also interesting in that (except for the overriders) the front of the car is almost identical to the Freeway.
