Another puzzle from me.  Can anyone tell us what make of car this is based on and who made it?

Vickers Wolseley Wheel Track Tank  it is.  For those that may not be aware, Vickers were the proprietors of Wolseley from 1901 until 1927, when the company was bought by William Morris.
