Oh yes, this is the French Audax Roadster. Not much info available on this one, I don't think it ever actually reached production.

I'm glad I got that one - after having said that I'm good at newer sports cars it would have been a bit embarrassing if I'd got stuck on your first post...

I must admit...before posting that I checked-out  how many sources reports that car...there is just one of them and it's no longer available...congratulation!
