It is a canadian car, and it's name is similar to "Concordian" i think.
You are very, very close....
Found it:
It is the canadian Concordia from 1977. Designed by Ken Hill of Trebron Design as a 'teaching plattform' in conjunction with Concordia University. It went into production in a limited run priced at 35,000-40,000 canadian dollars.
That's the model and the designer, it won't take you much to find the maker....
I found Wingho, but in 'The illustrated encyclopedia of automobiles' by David Burgess Wise it is called just Concordia.
In the 1986 a Concordia II with a uge rear wing was used in the movie Black Moon Rising.
The maker is Beaujardin, but I think SeaLion should get the point!

Ok, i've got it too, but since the car was designed by Bernard Beaujardin it is often referred to as the Beaujardin Concordia II. (try to google it to see), but you got the car right!
Here is something about the car:

Maybe Beaujardin just redesigned the car for the movie?
Under Beaujardin's name you can find other cars, such as the Black Moon car from 1984 and the stinger from 1983...I don't know how Wingho is involved...The car from the movie was the Black Moon, derived from the Concordia II.
The Stinger must just be a redesigned version of the famous british Nova kit-car. So maybe the Black Moon (Concordia II) is just a redesign as well?

Where I took these pics, they say that the Stinger was based on a Chevrolet Nova, and there are no connection with the Nova kit-car, but you know the kit-car's designs they change name once a week...and it seems that Beaujardin used the Concordia II design for the movie car. Beside the canadian-connection I still can't see how is Wingho involved....
I give you both a point, 'cause SeaLion obviously got the car, and Quiller found the designer..and he is also going fast....

QuoteConcordia was car name, but project comes by Trebron Design,a Canadian motor projects studio, that in 1977 will presents that futuristic GT(name was Concordia I)as stylistic proposal, therefore wasn't a production car,but only a concept-car with a revolutionary at times body anti-roll device on suspensions(body don't climb when car steers);the project remains almost forgotten until 1986,when the car, modified, was used for the movie Black Moon Rising (looking shape, don't pass unobserved some resemblance with 1970 Pininfarina-Ferrari Modulo show-car)

I think there was a Concordia I from 1977 and then a Concordia II in 1982 that was used 2 years later in the movie and became the Black Moon. The yellow one is quite the same than the Black Moon exept the front lights and I can't find a pic of the first Concordia.
