Sort of... but that was never its name. I'll give you the point for that if you can tell me this one-off car's real name!

Well, nothing's happening here, so let's move some puzzles to the Experts section and see if these are too easy even now that our three most distinguished members can no longer guess at those puzzles.

That's not what I meant. There are 4 members with 200+ solved puzzles.

I have looked everywhere for the name of this car, all I can come up with is - Saab 900 Cabriolet Speedster -

Oh. Yeah, but the last one has been caught several times guessing at the Rookie puzzles, so I didn't think he'd be stopped by a mere promotion 

neilshouse: My source has been lost somewhere along the road, and when I try to find it now, I can't. I was pretty sure that this was a Leif Mellberg creation, called the Saab 900 Speeder, but I may have been wrong - I can't find any info on the web, anyway, to back that theory (in fact, some sites say this car "would have made Mellberg say wow"). So the point is yours - let's call the car a Speedster then, as that is the name the most sources have put on it.

In fact, I found it - it IS a Mellberg Custom creation, and it IS called the Saab Speeder.
