Benny the Cab, after a repaint and updated wheels?

@re

This is actually a very interesting car - and there are several of them around, so not a one-off.

I seem to have posted the same car in Rookies (now changed). This is a Jinhang JHEC-001Z - interesting because it's electric powered!

@re

Well, that's interesting, because it's obviously the same car, and it does feature electric propulsion. But I've never heard of Jinhang, and I can't seem to find any sources about that on the Web, either...

So here's what I'll do:

I'll give you one point if you can somehow prove that you're right (I don't think you're lying, it's just that I've never heard of the Jinhang JHEC-001Z) - and then I'll give another point to the one who can tell me under what other name this car is sold (not in China, by the way).

OK?

Hi @re, here's a link to the Chinese manufacturer:

@re

Ah. Jinghang. That would explain why I didn't get any hits for Jinhang ;)

One point is yours! One is still up for grabs.

Is it really that easy? Keystone Barlow SX Electric Car (Most parts are USA...not China  ;D)
Keystone is written on the hood of the car you see when you open Quiller's link.

A Chinese connection can't be denied!  ;)

@re

I didn't say it was hard ;)

The Barlow SX is correct. One point for you!

Some more pictures of this car, which I had as being made by Jinhua Hiqil Import and Export of Jinhua in Zheijing Province and named the Keystone HQL-E01!:

DeAutogids

Barlow is a model of Keystone, which is a subsidiary of EcoBlue Corp.

Quiller

With Chinese cars, it can be very difficult to know who actually makes them. Often 'trading' companies put their names to other people's cars

DeAutogids

true, but notwithstanding that is Barlow a model of Keystone, according to the link provided.
