Nope.
Maybe French?
Still nope.
Hmmm... let's start from the beggining: european?

Not where (and when) he's going.
Michalak Conciso?
And where is Michalak from?
American then?
Nope.
Any known manufacturer? Maybe Russian?

Any known manufacturer?
Yes.
Apart from that, I'll only say that I would have thought the least I could expect from prolific puzzlers as yourselves was that you didn't ask already answered questions.
I don't know about you but I can't and will never consider Russia as an European country. Some part, geographically, is in the European continent. But like 75% is in Asia. And since we all live in a democracy (at least I do... ;D), the majority wins so, it's Asian for me... :P
If the majority wins, then it's Europe, seeing as some 70% of russian population is in Europe ;)
In reality though, most Russians I know state that they're not Europe and they're definitely not Asia. They're Russia :D
I have never before heard of anybody who calls Russia an Asian country. I would consider it mainly European, as it traditionally is firmly linked, geographically and politically, to Eastern Europe, and as its capital lies firmly within what is normally, by most, considered the borders of Europe. The most common definition of Europe's easterly border is the Ural mountains - which would mean that almost 50% of Russia, even geographically, is European.
If that doesn't answer your question: No, it's not from a Russian manufacturer...
50% of Russia is in Europe. But Russia is too almost 50% of Asia... Whatever...
Nonetheless, maybe American?
I give up. Now you can't even keep track of which questions you have asked yourself... ???
Yeah, indeed... :-[ Needed some good night sleep. But I'm back nonetheless!
Ok. It's not european nor american but still a known builder. Asian then, I guess?
It seems a good night's sleep was what you needed. Your assumption is correct!
Toyota?
Nope.
Suzuki maybe?
Not Suzuki.
Mazda?
Not Mazda, either.
Found it deep in my hard drive. It's a Nissan Saurus racer
Correct! One point for you.
