This is la Friendly d'Heuliez (Heuliez Friendly), an electric city car/taxi displayed on the Heuliez stand at the 2008 Paris Auto Show, and developed in partnership with the Poitou-Charentes Regional Council as part of its 'voiture electrique regionale' project.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.
