This reminds me very much of the early 1920´s SB-Wagen, built by Slaby-Behringer in Berlin, but I ´m not sure this is one.

Maybe it´s a kind of licenced car or a japanese offspring as most of the exported SB-Wagen were sold in japan...

I think you're right and that is is the SB electric cyclecar of 1920, although the photo I have is of a single-seater
