I may be mistaken, but is it an Italian coachbuilt sportscar, maybe based on a Topolino?

I think I found it: Aero Minor 750 cc racer from 1947.

I think you did and I already awarded you the point.
I had it as a Jawa Minor, but I think this is the same. However, if a puzzler can make this point clear for me, he's welcome.

Jawa produced the Minor model before the war. During the war it developed new car - Minor II, which after the war was produced by Aero (with Jawa engines). So this is an Aero Minor 750, based on the Aero Minor II passenger car.

Is it a factory car? I've seen some racing cars called 'Aero Minor 750' and none of them looked like this. Actually all of them had open wheels...
