I know I saw this some... the story goes.
Could it be a Series 1 King Midget ad (1946-1948), drawn with "artistic license" ?

Sorry, not King Midget. I think it's more obscure, but as my current puzzles have been eaten by pros, experts and rookies I don't expect this one to last long.
