Afaik no. The information about this vehicle almost equals null that's why I very doubt now if it is solvable in general...

This one is unsolvable. I'll post everything I know (very little :( ) about it once the lucky puzzler tells me the country of origin. Easy point! :)

Nope. I suppose some hints concerning the country are in the picture.

P.S. For the country of origin only a single point will be given ;)

Very good guess, but no. It is indeed Asian.

As far as I know, absolutely not. To my knowledge, Talash is manufacturing (if still) three-wheeled cars from 1999. This car is from 1979 :|

No.

As I have said, I really think this puzzle is unsolvable so after four months I am giving all information I have about it:

This car is Indonesian 1979 Srikandi 200S

Own motor vehicle industry in Indonesia is in its infancy. In June, launched the first model, designed by Indonesian experts was launched. Three-wheeled car Srikandi (named after the heroine of one of Indonesian legends) equipped with power unit from the cargo scooter TGA-200 of working capacity 199cc develops 12hp. Among the design features of the car are the independent spring suspension all three wheels, fiberglass body, sliding side glasses, front seats with headrests. Body modifications: 200S - there are two places for adults and three for children; 200U - four seats for adults. The car was on display in April in Jakarta's Industrial Exhibition.

P.S. Sorry for very poor English of the descprition..

Helicak means motorized three-wheeler in Indonesian. So yes, it is a helicak, but not The Helicak  - methinks  ::)
