Let's try from another angle. It is based on a RAF or based on a Skoda 1203?

I am not very good at technical terms. According to the article about this creature, the car uses custom-made frame that has been made according RAF 2203 frame, but is 300mm shorter. Car also uses suspension components from GAZ-24.
