For a point: what's the name of this car and who build it?
Is that thingy electric??
Motorcycle-engined?

You already know much about it. Just a little bit more asking/searching is needed...
Okay, let's give it a try. Latvia?
Not Lavia.
Lithuania?
Got any relations to the VGTU university?
so not Vilnius, I presume

Siauliai University scientist has developed a car powered by hydrogen. (license plate GMF 101, the abbreviation means: Faculty of Natural Sciences, the first series, the first car)
 :applause: Bravo! It was quite hard puzzle, wasn't it? That's why I'm awarding You 2 points. Well done.
This experimental hydrogen vehicle was indeed developed and built in Siauliai University.
Some more information under request.
Thanks, that was a really helpful clue.
