These are indeed the wrong answers that were already tried.
I just recalculated my sum and I have my same result.
So I suppose you don't know how elementary maths works...or you misidentified 1 or more cars...

Ok, I guess I know which car i should've counted in a different way. In this case the Mercedes-Benz A-Klasse = -1

The cars are:
1. Peugeot 207
2. Mercedes-Benz A-Klasse
3. Morgan Plus Four Plus
4. Caterham 21
5. Fiat 500
6. Fiat Sedici
7. Audi quattro
8. DKW 3=6
9. BMW X6
10. Fiat Punto
11. Renault 5
12. Saab 9³
13. Fiat X1/9
14. Maserati 228

207a + 4 + 21 + 500 + 16 + 4 x 3 = 6 x 6.5 + 9³ x 1 / 9 + 228
207a + 553 = 348
207a = -207
a = -1
q.e.d.

207a = -205

Looks much less pleasant than -1.
