Which car, made by a friend of me, is this?

Cyx was a little French firm who made wannabe offroads with tubular chassis and Fiat Panda mechanics in the late 90s. I know the T6 and T9, with very different look (basic with some Panda-derived panels the first, sporty fiberglass the second). The construction style seems similar to this one... This is the reason of my guess.
