Not Julie Newmar.
You want my advice, nothing looks more like a Hollywood starlet than another Hollywood starlet.

Not Lauren Bacall, which I would call a star rather than a starlet. To some things up:
- This girl is less a star than Hayworth or Bacall, but better known than Phyllis Kirk or Allison Hayes.
- Se's not of french ascendance and has not a spanish-sounding name.
- Yet she often played "exotic" roles
- And she has a common point with Carolyn Jones. Two maybe.

- I'll add that she is famous for some dance scenes, although not in musicals, and not especially on cars.

Was Donna Douglas ever a Brunette?

Yes!

Was Donna Douglas ever in a Elvis movie?

EDIT: Oops, yes...  Sorry. But not Donna Douglas though.

Debra Paget?

I've seen couple of pics showing her with a card in front, though not exactly the one you've chosen....

and I've found a 'colgate comedy hour' flic where she's dancing on a Jaguar XK150.

For German viewers she's common for her 'erotic' dance in the Fritz Lang movies "Das Indische Grabmal" ("The Indian Tomb") and "Der Tiger von Eschnapur" ("The Tiger Of Eshnapur").

Well done, Allemano, for it is Debra Paget, who was Elvis' partner in his first film, "Love me tender".
I remember her mostly as playing an Indian girl (meaning native American here), with James Stewart in "The broken arrow", or Stewart Granger in "The last hunt". But as I said she often had exotic (and erotic?) dance numbers in several films, including the two Fritz Lang opus (that you don't have to  be German to remember).

For the second point I'd like to have the exact car, which is not the Jaguar. It's a car she owned, moderately special, and among others for sure. And there is a picture of her with it. You're welcome to post the picture if you find it.

a slightly decorated 1955 Cadillac Coupe DeVille she owned.

Only  this small pic I've found so far:

I know, it hurts...
I don't know if you were around when I reply to your Elvis post. But once I had, although Elvis had a LOT of girls appearing in his films, this was bound to be solved soon.

Debra's rhinestone - covered 1955 Cadillac Coupe DeVille was trimmed with glue and glass on the medallions, the top of the fenders, the top itself, and even on the chrome trim.

And here is one of her with another Cadillac convertible.

I have to admit that the "Elvis hint" did the job for me. Even more a man did who dedicated a web site to all actresses who played roles in Elvis Presley movies... (Elvis' Women)
