Will this one last, Otto?
Who is he, and what car can he be associated with?

Art and cars. Painters, writers, musicians, actors, movie makers: in a nutshell, artists. Cars of special importance in their work, or in their life.
This one is worth 2 points, one for the artist, one for the car.

Rules of this puzzle is: you identify the artist, you have one week to find the car. After that, the hunt is opened and anyone can rob you of your second point.

Far from that, except if you think that life is a circus.

Neither. I must say that his looks here don't help to guess his occupation.

Again, not at all.
Quite well-known and celebrated in his trade. Which, I must say isn't specifically mentioned in the short list I give in my first post. Although not always referred to as an "art", it is yet widely recognized as one.

I really have no-idea,  is He Spanish or Mexican? (I know it's a double question but....)

Ray B.

Not Spanish, not Mexican (given what Mexico's history is, let's count this as only a 1 1/2 question).

Quite a funny face, right? It went with a funny name too.

I know, I know, I've been accused to deprive experts of a chance to take a shot at some puzzles that I had moved directly to the Pro and Feature Writer section.

Well, here is their chance: I am moving back this one to the FREE FOR ALL section!

If you hadn't said photographer, I was gonna guess Redd Foxx (therefore Ford F1 Pickup).
