I guess this one needs a hint, a clue, a tip, whatever you call it:

It bears the same name than the man pictured here. And following an Otto Puzzell's idea, I'll offer another point for the man's name and the artist who did the drawing.

The artist mentioned above (whose initials you can read) is, by the way, reasonably well-known if not an acknowledged master.

The picture is a portrait of Auguste Vermorel by Felix Vallotton. Therefore the car must be a Vermorel, maybe a 12cv from about 1922?
