Who is he, and what car can he be associated with?

Art and cars. Painters, writers, musicians, actors, movie makers: in a nutshell, artists. Cars of special importance in their work, or in their life.
This one, being relatively easy, will be worth just 1 point. Tougher ones will be worth 2, one for the artist, one for the car.
Rule of this puzzle is: you identify the artist, you have one week to find the car. After that, the hunt is opened and anyone can rob you of your point.

Well, I cropped the picture, but I can assure you it's not his schlong he's holding, and he's got his pants on.

Now that we've established that he is wearing pants and is not a porn actor (I still wonder what went through Allemano's head), I can add that he has a profession whose members can be seen, relatively often, performing without their shirt.

But he himself lost that habit long ago.

A musician for sure, but not a drummer. Drummer are not the only ones to sometimes play barechested.
Oh, and he lost that habit long ago. He plays much, much more covered now.
