This should have been easy for Rookies... :(

For an expert point give me both names this vehicle was displayed with, as well as the builder.

It is the MegaCycle, AKA Biketruck, AKA Captain Pepi's Motorcycle
and Zeppelin Repair, but it was built by Ed Roth.

That's the ticket!

Buick V6 engine, independent front suspension with unequal-length A-arms and coil springs, live rear axle with coil springs and a lateral stabilizer bar, and four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. Deigned around and used to haul a Harley XLCH,  until Roth bought a custom show-winning custom Triumph motorcycle.

Roth later bartered the vehicle to a local salvage yard to use as a display for a year, in return for the rear half of a VW he needed to build a trike. When he went to get it back, he was angered to find the junkyard owner was letting his dog use it as a dog house.

One more AKA - "Missing Link"
