This time it's just a drawing, but you will understand why when the car will be uncovered. One point for a correct answer.
Does anyone know it here?
Was this a proposed Auto Union Sports ( street ) car?

Certainly looks like that, and I'd have guessed the same
But it's not that, although it comes from the same period.
Porsche Type 52
I was thinking Porsche too, Type 114?
Not Porsche. As for me, I was kind of amazed when I realized what make this car is of...
Jankovits Alfa ?
( which was a Spider, but was this a drawing for a Coupe version?)
Nope.
Scratch that.
Its the Alfa Romeo Tipo 163
Yes!
I didn't think it would live such a short life. I mean the puzzle, not a car, which was actually never completed. The only pictures I have apart from the one in a puzzle are all drawings.
As far as I'm aware, there were two versions to be built in 1941 - Tipo 162 for racing and Tipo 163 for road use.
All the info was found at one rather well known forum dedicated to some car manufacturer...
No visible puzzle pictures. :)
