No  >:(

I used the Mastermind trick.  So the Fast had to be Car #3 or #4.  And I think car #3 is older than 1919...so it had to be # 4.
Because it looks like a sportscar, my guess is that it has to be a Tipo Uno...

Motta and Baudo is not in the Georgano encyclopedia and was based in Turin and was fairly short-lived, making cars only in 1925

Motta and Baudo was a light car powered by a 4-cylinder Chapuis Dornier engine, with independent suspension front and rear, and a chassis sharply upsewpt at both ends. It did not go into production - from the Georgano encyclopedia which features 1924 as production year, while online sources claim 1925.

OK, I'll take the more complete answer. The firm can also be found under the MB name in other sources, and the engine is indeed a Chapuis Dornier 1100 or 1300.

The Rombo was quite a particular car.
The missing one was a small car, with a particular name, that can be somehow connected with a later, very popular, italian car.
(the 2-guesses option is still valid)

Okay, I am getting tired, San Giusto was somehow familiar - now I know why. Sorry

My last guess for today: Blanc & Trezza from Milan

Not Blanc & Trezza (that was an electric taxi).
This one built only this car, closed soon after and is featured in the major encyclopedias.
(and I wrote that because I know you have those ones, not because it's easy...)

EIA 1928
Società Lombarda Anonima Industriale Automobili
This was a conventional 1-litre 4-cylinder car with 3-speed gearbox which never passed the prototype stage
(The Beaulieu Encyclopedia of the Automobile)

EIA
Società Lombarda Economica Industria Automobili
In 1928 presented a light car, to be produced at a rate of 10 cars per day. The protoype had 4-cylinder, side valves, 850cc (56x88 mm), three-speed gears, top speed 65-70km\h and 6-7 liters per 100 km. Torpedo should cost 12000 lire and the spider 11 000.

The word 'EIA' (such as 'Balilla') had a certain meaning in the Italy of those years, that was the meaning of one of my previous clues.
