Looks like one of the two Brabini GT models built by Richard Brabbins in 2007.

Never heard of it.. But I have found that the other car was a salad green. Any more details?

The Brabini was covered quite extensively in the March and April issues of Complete Kitcar. They are Davrian based and the creators are thinking about building at least one more. The green car, although referred to as a Brabini is badged as a MDGT, after the co-creator Martin Dwyer.
