The grille resembles the current Mitsuoki Orochi, but it must be a lot earlier. I'll guess it is Japanese, maybe by Mitsuoki.

The Spider has a soft retractable top, the puzzle car does not.

This is actually the Bargon Alhambra 1200 Sport Coupe (Or Bargon Alhambra Sport 1200 Coupe, going by the badges)
