Is it a Devin?
It is...
Devin SS to be more specific?
I have a different designation for it.
Devin F?
I have a different designation for it.
.........but the more I try to verify the name I have listed, I think I've been burned by an incorrect designation on the site where I found this car. It was Listed as a "Devin Plus 6" where I found it.
The point is yours. Let's put this to bed as 'some kind of Devin'.
Why does this Devin have an Austin-Healey-esque badge! :/
Devins almost always had engines from other cars.
I think a lot of the problem with IDing Devins is that they sold bodies which were put on other chassis as well as making entire cars. This leads to lots of cars all of which are called something different but all look essentially the same. Plus a lot of cars which might be refferred to vaguely as a Devin are actually just Devin bodied one offs.
