Looks like a Checker limo with a modification in the back for maybe a hot tub.

The only other car I can think of that is that square would be a sixties Mercedes 600, again with a modified back end.

It's a Mohs SafariKar ,made between 1972 and 1975 by the Mohs Seaplane Corp., Madison (Wisconsin).
