I see why Hamei is claiming to be right about his answer, and why Otto believes it is not.
Even if it may seem like nitpicking, Otto has a point in that. Googling wouldn't help it is a common slightly wrong assumption.

You know what, he was right.

I thought about the usual mistake that Novitec has actually three brands, Novitec, Novitec Rosso and Novitec Tridente, specialized in respectively Fiats, Ferrari and Maserati.

The TuLesto is the more heavily modified cars from them though, and possibly right for this reason it was presented under the Novitec brand, as opposed the the usual Novitec Rosso adpted for all the tuned Ferrari.
I'm looking straight at the original press release in pdf, so no doubts about that.

I thibk he should receive the point then.

Per the manufacturer's own website, the "Novitec" brand is affixed to Alfa and Fiat products, "Novitec Tridente" is associated with their Maserati products, and a third, two-word brand name is affixed to Ferrari products.

Novitec's well-distributed press release on this car (featured on many an automotive blog) includes a link to an intro "splash page" for this car. The splash page is now down, and the link defaults to the Ferrari-based Novitec brand's page.

On the very press release the car is called "Novitec TuLesto", the word "rosso" is never mentioned.
The dedicated server from which I downloaded the original PR and the hi-res images is now down unfortunately, and so is the official website dedicated to the car, and it redirects you to the Novitec Rosso website.
Then if you prefer you can call it Novitec Rosso TuLesto, but it's not what they claim in the press release which as far as I know is the best official source to have.

So, why would they sell it under their Alfa/Fiat brand name?

So, why would they sell it under their Alfa/Fiat brand name?

That I don't know of course.
All I know is what is written there, and I think it makes sense to use the Novitec name for this car as it is something more than the usual engine tuning and small aero parts, the car seems to have a new bodywork, albeit resembling the original car's design. So it's almost a "first" for them, a truly Novitec car. the fact that they used a dedicated server and website indicates that they indeed meant a sort of new product line for this car, I guess.
On the other hand in this way it appears to have the same name of tuned Pandas, which I agree is weird.

Regardless, both versions of the answer have been posted, pick your favorite  ;)

I'm feeling generous today, so you both get a point.
