Yes it's Fiat based (but not Panda)  :)

Yes it's got three wheels  :)

The mountains are not the Himalayas - so not Indian

After a bit of further research, it seems the Fiat element is quite slender in this car

I don't know of Comai but that name doesn't appear in the literature I have...

It's a Fives Sciarà, made near Naples and powered by a Fiat Cinquecento ED drivetrain.
