Sorry, this is only one I've found of this car. I thought that the double cab feature was distinctive enough.  ;)

Maybe you can copy it on to your computer and save it then simply re-size it?

Hi,

Unless there is detail in the photo, there is little point in enlarging small pixels into big pixels. The devil is in the detail so higher resolution photos would help if the subject is obscure.

The 'double cab' was quite a common body style on a number of makes. Teporarily forgotten the style name.

Hi,

The body style is a "Double Berline" and earlier "Double Berline de Voyage".  Leon Bollee, Hotchkiss, Bugatti, Hispano Suiza, Renault ... to name but a few had such bodies fitted.
