You're pretty much there. Macransa is correct - do you know which company built the car?
Is it open for all or exclusively for Arunas.. ?

As far as my translator works it's called "MAKURANSA KONIRIO" and had a Honda S800 engine. I'll bet there's at least a Honda connection here
The car was shown in 1998 in the Pacifico Yokohama Convention Center.
Otto's find is obviousely related to a page which's called DOME Museum, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's a DOME car.
