First off, apologies to Octavia, yes this car does have a safety car spin. I had it classified as an electric vehicle and its safety car status only became apparent to me with PJ's answer.

The KSV body is indeed by Vicom, so a point goes to Paul Jaray.

The car as shown is a 1978 Hummingbird KSV produced by Electric Passenger Cars & Vans Inc of San Diego
