The Atlas collectors' car card series lists this as a "1954 HWM Abecassis Coupe".
Apparently HWM founder George Abecassis built this car for his own personal use following his retirement from racing.

I saw this car in the Car Park at Silverstone some years ago.
It's really quite small and spectacular looking!
