It's known as the "STi ATV", a plus-sized quad bike built around Subaru WRX STi mechanicals. Looks like fun, too!

Additional digging through my treasured copy of  "1001 Garage Projects that Will Get You Killed" reveals this was built by Ken Brough of New Zealand.

"No such book?"  Harumph! Where else can you find detailed blueprints for re-creating Warner VonHogroff's Velocopodrix?

It may be a limited edition...okay, VERY limited, since it exists only in my mind, which is VERY VERY limited, but still.  ;)
