By "local beauties" do you mean cemetaries or graves?

I am not kidding. In the Philippines graveyards have become tourist attractions, I've read. So I thought this car had a demon face to scare off the ghosts there.

You may have found the actual duty for this car. Faksta got it right, it was a car for tourists, but your version sounds very ...solid.
The name should be a piece of cake now.

I'd say Devil Car.
'Devil' is enough!
That's it.
The article says that this car is for the tourists that are without a car and want to visit the places near the capital and it is called 'il diavolo' , 'the Devil'.
250gto was really close, but the point is Ray's.
OK, well done, not a great piece of automotive history, but it was just for fun.
