This one I should know, but can't find it anywhere. It is certainly Fiat 500 or 600 based, probably an Innocenti, maybe an Autobianchi, or a one-off by one of the Italian designers.

That's the 'Torpedo Marina', originally designed by Boano, but built by Savio, on a Fiat 600 Multipla base (though I found one badged as Seat and Seat never built the Multipla). Later (in 1961) Frua changed the design and made a version with no roof...

Correct answer, but the" Torpedo Marina" looks different. (easy to find via Google)
BTW: the puzzle car is the SEAT badged version.

I still give you the point because you gave the right facts and details.
